The Maine Department of Transportation says to expect to see materials being moved into the Railroad Avenue lot and the parking lot at 36 Water St. from June 11 through June 15. Some materials will be moved at night, so expect light and noise after 8 p.m.

MDOT will start excavation and laying down new gravel on Railroad Avenue June 17-21, Sunday to Thursday nights from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. Expect bright lights and noise.

Also during this phase of construction, parking will not be disrupted on Main Street or on the side streets.
