Linda and Robert Robertson Jr. of Boothbay are celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary.  

Mr. and Mrs. Robertson Jr. were married on October 14, 1962 at the Ashville Methodist Church in Gouldsboro by the Rev. Margaret Henrichsen. The couple are both semi-retired.  Robert enjoys selling campers in the warmer months as well as participating in the occasional turkey shoot in the fall. Linda is the owner of www.mainebows.com, an online retailer of custom-made bow ties. They have two daughters: Mary Robertson of Ellsworth and Jane and Bryan Townsend of Charlotte, N.C.  

The couple celebrated their anniversary with a weekend in Vermont. They will also celebrate with a Caribbean cruise with their family. Their family wishes them much love on this special occasion.
