Narcan training class in Edgecomb
There will be a free public Narcan training class on Wednesday, Oct. 4, at 5 p.m. hosted by the Edgecomb Community Church at 15 Cross Point Road in Edgecomb. Knowing how to use Narcan and having it available in your first aid box can help save a life. Knowing how to administer Narcan and having a kit can help your family member, friend, or someone in the community if an emergency arises.
This class is given by Healthy Lincoln County. At the end of the class, you will be provided with a Narcan kit and printed information about what is covered in the class for future reference.
This class will be taught by Will Matteson, the substance use prevention coordinator at Healthy Lincoln County.
