Arrests, Summonses

Dec. 2, Lily Schutte, 18, of Wiscasset was summonsed for Failing to Notify of Motor Vehicle Accident, by Officer Nathan Willhoite.

Dec. 2, Katherine Taylor, 38, of Wiscasset was summonsed for Domestic Violence Assault and Violating Condition of Release, by Officer Jonathan Barnes. 

Dec. 3, Messan Benissan, 66, of Waterville was summonsed for Driving to Endanger, by Barnes.

Dec. 3, Tucker Lewis, 31, of Boothbay was summonsed for Sale and Use of Drug Paraphernalia, by Barnes.

Dec. 9, Dakota Peaslee, 24, of Jefferson was summonsed for Operating After License Suspension, by Barnes. 

Dec. 9, Moumin Ali Bachir, 43, of Lewiston was summonsed for Operating With Suspended Registration, by Officer Hunter Farrell.

Dec. 17, Aydin J. Friedman, 18, of West Bath was summonsed for Attaching False Plates and Operate While License Suspended or Revoked, by Farrell. 

Dec. 17, Richard Mccubrey, 40, of Wiscasset was summonsed for Permitting Display of False Registration Device, by Officer Logan Hilton.

Dec. 20, Michael Capriole, 59, of Wiscasset was arrested for Operating Under the Influence, Refusing to Submit to Arrest or Detention, and Terrorizing, by Hilton.

Dec. 21, Miguel Sandoval, 42, of Wiscasset was summonsed for Operate While License Suspended or Revoked, by Farrell. 

Dec. 23, Dylan Holbrook, 32, of Wiscasset was arrested for Violation of Protective Order, by Willhoite. 

Dec. 28, Kasey Irish, 40, of Wiscasset was arrested for Operating Under the Influence and Operating without a License, by Hilton.

Dec. 28, Peter Hoban, 53, of Westport Island was arrested for Operating Under the Influence, by Hilton.

Dec. 28, Jason Blake, 44, of Edgecomb was summonsed for Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer, by Farrell. 

Accidents

Dec. 1, Barnes responded to an accident on Old Ferry Road. Lily Schutte, 18, of Wiscasset was traveling eastbound when a deer entered the roadway causing her to leave the roadway. 

Dec. 2, Barnes responded to an accident on Gardiner Road. Kurt Brackett, 36, of Newcastle was traveling northbound stopped. Nathaniel Blackburn, 18, of Otisfield was traveling northbound and struck the rear of the Brackett vehicle. 

Dec. 3, Barnes responded to an accident on Bath Road. Charity Locke, 49, of Dresden was traveling northbound following the roadway. Messan Benissan, 66, of Waterville was traveling southbound and struck the Locke vehicle.

Dec. 3, Chief Lawrence Hesseltine responded to an accident at the intersection of Bath and Birch Point roads. Mary Barnes, 73, of Westport Island was traveling southbound on Bath Road. Sean Maguire, 67, of Wiscasset was turning into traffic on Bath Road and struck the Barnes vehicle.

Dec. 6, Sergeant Perry Hatch responded to an accident on Willow Lane. Sherman Johansen, 64, of Gardiner was traveling eastbound and due to icy conditions left the roadway. 

Dec. 8, Willhoite responded to an accident at the intersection of Hooper, Gardiner and Churchill streets. Riley Trask, 21, of Alna was westbound on Gardiner Road following the roadway. Keagan Bellerose, 20, of Farmingdale was westbound on Gardiner Road passing on the right and hit the sidewalk causing him to strike the Trask vehicle.

 Dec. 8, Willhoite responded to an accident on Gardiner Road. Scott Chapman, 61, of Wiscasset was traveling northbound when a deer entered the roadway.

Dec. 11, Hesseltine responded to an accident on Fowle Hill Road. Melody Huntington, 52, of Alna was traveling northbound and due to conditions left the roadway. 

Dec. 16, Barnes responded to an accident on Bath Road. Tiahna Carmona, 28, of Augusta was southbound stopped in traffic. Kathleen Anderson, 70, of Westport Island was southbound and struck the rear of the Carmona vehicle. 

Dec. 19, Hilton responded to an accident on Gardiner Road. Renne Christopher, 66, of Alna was traveling southbound when a deer entered the roadway.

Dec. 20,  Willhoite responded to an accident on Old Ferry Road. Demisa Rosado Martinez, 32, of Westport Island was traveling eastbound when a deer entered the roadway.
