November closed cases
The following cases were closed in Lincoln County Courts in November. Unless otherwise noted, all sentences were or will be served at Two Bridges Regional Jail. All information was provided by the Lincoln County clerk.
Casey Hanna, 33, of New Harbor, probation violation for Unlawful Trafficking in Scheduled Drugs, sentenced to jail for three days, probation continued.
Benjamin Day, 38, of Woolwich, probation violation for OUI (alcohol), no test, two priors, sentenced to jail for 45 days.
Isaac Merservey Ward II, 37, of Wiscasset, guilty of Unlawful Possession of Scheduled Drugs, fined $400.
Deborah Barnes, 56, of Newcastle, guilty of Aggravated Criminal Mischief, sentenced to jail for one year, all but 45 days suspended, probation of two years.
Hayley Poland, 27, of Bremen, guilty of Unlawful Possession of Scheduled Drug, fined $400. Also deferred disposition on a charge of Criminal Conspiracy.
Aaron Blackman, 34, of Southport, guilty of Disorderly Conduct, fined $300; also, deferred disposition on one charge of Domestic Violence Assault. In a separate incident, guilty of Failure to Comply with Sex Offender Registry Act, sentenced to jail for 14 days.
Matthew Sampson, 50, of Wiscasset, guilty of Domestic Violence Assault, sentenced to jail for 48 hours.
Lawrence Eckbert, 53, of Wiscasset, guilty of Disorderly Conduct, sentenced to jail for 48 hours.
Seth Murley, 39, of Newcastle, guilty of OUI (alcohol), fined $500, and license suspended 150 days.
Emily Reinholt, 35, of Edgecomb, guilty of Attaching False Plates, sentenced to jail for 72 hours.
Patrick Wemuth, 39, of Dresden, probation violation for Domestic Violence Assault, sentenced to jail for 150 days.
Elizabeth Staples, 25, of Topsham, guilty of Trafficking in Prison Contraband, sentenced to jail for an additional 16 days. Deferred disposition on one charge of Unlawful Possession of Scheduled Drug and Violating Conditions of Release.
Kara Overmiller, 24, of Woolwich, guilty of OUI (alcohol), fined $500 and license suspended for 150 days; Violating Conditions of Release; and Failing to Notify of Motor Vehicle Accident, fined $350.
Matthew Laurelez, 21, of Brunswick, guilty of Aggravated Assault, sentenced to Department of Corrections for three years, all suspended, probation of three years, and restitution of $3,399.56.
Derrick Uriah Smith, 29, of Augusta, guilty of Theft by Receiving Stolen Property, sentenced to five years in Kennebec County Jail, all but nine months suspended, probation of two years, and restitution of $29,500.
Kari Robbins, 32, of Newcastle, guilty of Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer, sentenced to 10 days in jail, restitution of $664.24; and Violating Conditions of Release, sentenced to 10 days in jail.
Adam Sterrs, 40, of Boothbay, guilty of Violating Conditions of Release, sentenced to 180 days in jail, all suspended, administrative release sentence of one year.
Casey Ryder, 27, of Boothbay, guilty of Criminal Trespass, sentenced to 48 hours in jail and fined $400; deferred disposition on a charge of Violating Conditions of Release.
Ericka Fairfield, 34, of Pittston, guilty of Criminal Trespass, fined $600; also deferred disposition on one charge of Burglary and Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer.
Kristin Billings, 38, of Edgecomb, guilty of Disorderly Conduct, fined $500.
Jason Daniel Ross, 42, of Boothbay, guilty of Disorderly Conduct, fined $300.
Paul Specyalski, 41, of Boothbay, guilty of Disorderly Conduct, fined $500.
Peter Townsend, 34, of Boothbay, guilty of Violating Conditions of Release, sentenced to 48 hours in jail.
Scott Norwood, 27, of Boothbay, guilty of Raising or Hauling Traps During Closed Period, fined $500.
Ronald Hansen, 57, of Boothbay Harbor, guilty of Theft by Deception, fined $500, restitution of $48.51.
Deborah Hansen, 61, of Boothbay Harbor, guilty of Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer, fined $250, restitution $15.38.
Brian Main, 37, of Edgecomb, guilty of Fishing for or Taking Shellfish From Closed Area, fined $500.
Roland Sherman, 44, of Edgecomb, guilty of Operating While License Suspended or Revoked, fined $250.
Tony Cocco, 19, of Damariscotta, guilty of OUI (alcohol), fined $700, license suspended for 150 days; also deferred disposition for Operating a Vehicle Without a License.
Kathleen Sheehan, 31, of Boothbay, guilty of Operating While License Suspended or Revoked with one prior, fined $250.
Drew Schmid, 25, of Boothbay, guilty of Operating While License Suspended or Revoked, fined $250.
Amber Smith, 32, of Boothbay, default judgment in case of Smoking in a Motor Vehicle With a Person Less than 16 Years of Age. Fined $200.
