Paul Hozdala of Boothbay Harbor, Maine died peacefully with dignity early Monday morning, Sept. 3, 2018 after a brief illness. Paul leaves behind many close and loving friends.

A veteran of the United States military and serving during the Vietnam conflict as an Army military police officer, he attained the rank of sergeant.

While Paul enjoyed many hobbies, his love of designing and building model train layouts gave him the most joy. He followed Little League baseball and attended many championship and World Series games. He loved the New York Yankees, NASCAR and movie trivia.

We will respect Paul’s wishes that no services will be held in his memory. Instead, enjoy a sleeve of Oreos with a glass of milk and remember a special time you shared with Paul.
