American Legion Post 54 of Wiscasset visited the Wiscasset Middle High School eighth grade social studies classes recently to participate in students’ World War II interactive presentations.
Post Commander Bill Cossette Jr. Cliff Hendricks, Neil Page, Jim Savage, John Kennedy and Dale Skillin all interacted with students who had produced research-based projects that promoted active learning skills. Students and Legion members worked together on the learning experience. The WMHS students and staff sincerely thank the American Legion for its continued support of education and community-based activities.
