Winter is fast approaching and beekeepers will soon be making the final preparations to physically overwinter their colonies. Knox Lincoln County Beekeepers will be hosting a winterization workshop
with a presentation and hands-on demonstrations on Saturday, Nov. 4 from 10 a.m. to noon at the Knox-Lincoln Extension Office, 377 Manktown Road in Waldoboro. This event is free and open to all beekeepers in the area.
