Qigong classes begin this week at Crow Point Yoga
Certified Qigong instructor Judy Milinowski will be holding classes at Crow Point Yoga and Boutique at 24 West St., Boothbay Harbor beginning Nov. 6 through the winter. Qigong is the 6,000-year-old Chinese System of ultimate wellness combining gentle movements, meditation, breathing techniques, and visualization.
Milinowski has been holding summer-into-October classes at Barrett’s Park for several years and via Zoom during the winter months
“Come experience Qigong Meditation and Movement in this cozy warm environment with a heated floor!” says Milinowski. “I can't think of a better place or better way to spend an hour or two each week this winter.
Classes will be held Mondays and Fridays 12:30-1:30 p.m. Each session will begin with 15 minutes of Qigong Meditation followed by 45 Minutes of Qigong Movement. No experience necessary, Chairs will be provided for use during meditation and can be used during parts or for all of the class as needed for sitting and/or balancing.

Judy Milinowski became a teacher of Qi Gong in 2010. She is also a Reiki Master, a Shamanic practitioner, a certified behavioral kinesiologist, a certified yoga teacher, and she is certified in Mind/Body Medicine. Milinowski is the co-creator of Holistic Training in Universal Healing, a two-year certification program in Mind/Body/Spirit Medicine.
