With more storms looming, it’s hard to believe that spring is just around the corner, but preparations are under weigh for Rebuilding Together Day, to be held this year on Saturday, May 10. That’s the day when scores of skilled and semi-skilled volunteers will gather to help low-income community members in need of some assistance keep their homes warm, safe and in good repair.

Applications are still being accepted from homeowners requesting assistance, with the deadline for receipt being March 15.

Applications are available online at www.rebuildingtogether-lc.org, or may be picked up at Griffin Law Offices, Atlantic Avenue, Boothbay Harbor, Pottle Realty Group, Townsend Avenue, Boothbay Harbor, local town offices, or at the Boothbay Region Community Resources, 185 Townsend Avenue, Boothbay Harbor.
