Wiscasset resident Sherri Dunbar, a Realtor® at Tim Dunham Realty, was named the 2019 REALTOR of the year by the Lincoln County Council of the Mountains to Shore Board of Realtors on June 19.

The REALTOR of the Year Award annually recognizes the best in REALTOR spirit, business accomplishments, commitment in the REALTOR Association, and involvement in their local community.

Dunbar has been a Realtor® since 2011 and has accomplished much during that time. She is treasurer of Mountains to Shore Board of Realtors, past-president and director of the Wiscasset Area Chamber of Commerce, 2018 president of Lincoln County Council of Mountain to Shore Board of Realtors and 2019 Maine Association of Realtors treasurer. Sherri is a Maine native who has lived in the Midcoast region all of her life. She loves her job, community and helping others which has been the cornerstone of her success both as a Realtor® and local leader in the Wiscasset region.

Dunbar was also key in expanding Tim Dunham Realty in the Wiscasset region and recently opened their new Wiscasset office in the Day House at 152 Main Street in Wiscasset.
