Come join the estimated 45 million other U.S. citizens enjoying the benefits of backyard birding! Lee Emmons is an avid bird photographer with a growing collection located at Instagram.com/mainewoodpeckers.
This event is free; however, registration is required for in-person (maximum 12) attendance or online. The in-person event will be held at Oak Point Preserve located at 60 Samoset Road, Boothbay Harbor.
Providing wildlife habitat is a core criteria for the Conservation Landscape Certification (CLC) program created by Waldo Soil & Water Conservation District and later joined by Knox-Lincoln SWCD in 2021 to expand into Knox and Lincoln counties. This newly developed CLC program guides property owners on conservation practices to implement in a systematic way.
