UPDATE: Search continues for Boothbay man
Update: Shortly after 4 p.m. Friday, Jan. 6, LCSO reported the following on the ongoing search:
Today, Sheriff’s Office deputies led by Detective Ryan Chubbuck continue their search for Thomas P. Harris, age 60, who was last seen the evening of Monday, Jan. 2, working in the yard outside his home at 170 Butler Rd., Boothbay.
Deputies will be in the Boothbay Region, assisted by the Brunswick Police Department. UAV Team, searching with drones in the area where searchers completed yesterday’s search for Mr. Harris.
He is a white male, brown graying hair, blue eyes, 5’10” and 120 pounds. He was last seen wearing a black sweatshirt, camo pants and work boots.

Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing Boothbay man. Thomas P. Harris, age 60, was last seen the evening of Monday, Jan. 2, 2023, working in the yard outside his home at 170 Butler Road, Boothbay.
His roommate reported finding his truck running in the yard Tuesday morning, but Thomas was nowhere to be found. Thomas’s cell phone was left at the residence.
K-9 Teams from the Maine Warden’s Service and Maine State Police conducted a search of the property and wooden area around the residence without results.
Thomas Harris is a 60-year-old white male, brown graying hair, blue eyes, 5’10”, 120 pounds. He was last seen wearing a black sweatshirt, camo pants and work boots.
