A week ago, the website for Cowshit Corner had an almost-ominous message: Come back February 28.
Well, the day is here and so is the trailer for Cowshit Corner on Lincoln County TV and on the website.
The pilot focuses on a group of Newcastle farmers and their exploits during a summer parade.
The show, which producer Keith O'Leary hopes to have picked up by a network, works like other reality series, such as “Duck Dynasty.”
The crew of the Corner includes Larry Russell, the farm's owner, Mark Fenderson, Eben Hunt, Fuzzy Anderson, Marijuana Pete, Tavio Luksic and others who congregate around the “Cherch of the Holy Cow” and get into Maine-flavored hijinks.
But, that isn’t to say the group doesn’t tackle the larger issues: In the pilot, the men bicker about the government and trade barbs.
Cowshit Corner is a dairy farm in Newcastle, but the show will center mostly around the men and women who work there and their conversations.
“The first episode of Cowshit Corner will air on LCTV Channel 7 in Lincoln County starting on February 28 and will also be available online on YouTube,” O'Leary said in an email.
