Wiscasset makes Rob Bickford fire chief

Wiscasset Town Manager John O’Connell has appointed Robert Bickford fire chief, Wiscasset Administrative Assistant Kathleen Onorato announces in an email Monday.
Bickford was sworn into office Monday morning at the town office, Onorato said.
