Wiscasset names next school department officials
The Wiscasset School Committee has named Terry Wood the next superintendent of schools, succeeding Heather Wilmot, and Susan Prince the new special services director, succeeding Carrie Kern. Wood was most recently a superintendent in the Presque Isle area.
Wilmot and Kern announced their resignations earlier this spring, effective June 30.
