Edgecomb’s annual iris sale will take place at the Edgecomb Community Church on Cross Point Road on Saturday, July 7 from 9 a.m. to noon or until inventory sells out. Funds will help to support our community lunch program.

Louise Hardina thought she should cut back on iris gardens, but is finding out that her love of these beautiful flowers dictates that there will always be iris, though maybe in smaller quantities than in the past. This year there are fewer, but still a respectable quantity to offer. We will have at least a dozen varieties that can be identified and named. In addition to the iris, there are a limited number of Montauk Daisy bushes, three varieties of Day Lilies and rhubarb for sale.
