Having bought and sold eight houses on his own, he has always been interested in real estate. He likes to investigate properties and is thorough in his research. Coming from a family of 10 children, he learned the art of teamwork and making people happy from an early age.

David, his wife, Jill Latta, and their two children, Miles and Calliope, make their home in Damariscotta. David was a stay at home dad for several years, and now volunteers at the YMCA and Damariscotta Montessori School. He is passionate about the Midcoast area that he and his family are an integral part of and ensuring it is a great place to live.
