Central Lincoln County (CLC) YMCA has extended the closure of the main facility and child care site through April 5. Management will continue to monitor the situation and work closely with the town of Damariscotta, LincolnHealth, and the superintendent of the AOS93 school district to align with consistency on best practices.

To best support the community to stay healthy during this time of social distancing, CLC YMCA is providing virtual options for online fitness and exercise classes. Options available include two free online streaming platforms called MOSSA MOVE and YMCA 160; Facebook Live Streaming videos with CLC YMCA instructors, or recorded videos available in a video library on the website. These online options are accessible to all on the clcymca.org website under Virtual Workouts. Types of classes available include Yoga, Pilates, Cardio, Strength, Tai Chi, High-Intensity Interval Training, and more.

CLC YMCA would also like to remind families in the community that meals are available to youth (ages 0-18) from Healthy Lincoln County every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 11 a.m. to noon while school is closed, for drive-by pick-up in the CLC YMCA parking lot.
