SchoonerFest organizers plan to display artistically designed schooner silhouettes around the Wiscasset downtown, waterfront and throughout the historic village. These silhouettes are to be painted or adorned by local volunteer artists as part of a weekend of festivities commemorating the schooners built in Wiscasset, and honoring the history of the Hesper and Luther Little – the last of the four-masted schooners on the Maine coast.

The SchoonerFest Committee is seeking artists to transform these silhouettes into fun, inspirational works of art. All artists will be recognized for their artwork with a plaque at the base of their silhouettes and at WiscassetSchoonerFest.com
