Tomi Erskine of Victoria, Texas passed away unexpectedly on July 26, 2021 from head injuries caused from a fall.

Tomi was born at Miles Hospital in Damariscotta, Maine on July 15, 1958, the daughter of Thomas W. and Norma Jean Erskine of Boothbay Harbor.

Tomi is survived by her two sons, Dylan Schaffer of Victoria, Texas and Thomas Schaffer and wife Kyle of Cocoa Beach, Florida. Her other immediate family members are sister Misty and husband Kenneth Marston and her brother Thomas and wife Bonnie and their son Justin. She also leaves behind two aunts, Laurel Truchon of Damariscotta and Jacqueline House and husband Edgebert of Clearwater, Florida. She also has many cousins throughout the country that provided great childhood memories.

Tomi will be remembered for her love of animals and her love for continuing education. Starting at Clarke University as a freshman in college and finishing at the University of Maine with a nurse practitioner degree. Health care was her passion and that passion grew with each nursing degree she acquired.

No farewell words were spoken. No time to say good-bye. You were gone before we knew it and only God knows why.

There will be a private family graveside service at a later date.
