First National Bank’s Tammy Plummer earns ESGR’s Patriot Award

First National Bank’s Chief Information Officer, Tammy Plummer, was recently presented Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve’s honored Patriot Award.
The Patriot Award reflects the efforts made to support citizen warriors through a wide-range of measures including flexible schedules, time off prior to and after deployment, caring for families, and granting leaves of absence if needed. Air National Guard Master Sergeant and First National Bank’s IT Manager, Scott Morrill, nominated Plummer for the award.
“I’m honored to work for an employer and supervisor that supports my efforts in the Maine Air National Guard,” said Morrill.
“I am proud to work for a company that supports Scott’s commitment to the Guard and honored that he nominated me for this award,” said Plummer.
