A Boothbay Harbor man was arrested July 27 on drug charges.

Brandon Harrington, 32, of Boothbay Harbor, is charged with cultivation and possession of marijuana (18 plants) and possession of Schedule W drugs.

Harrington was not taken to Two Bridges Regional Jail. He was processed at the Boothbay Harbor police station, where his bail was set at $2,000, unsecured. He was out on bail after paying the $60 commissioner fee.

Boothbay Harbor Police Chief Bob Hasch said the bust is part of an ongoing investigation. Other charges may be pending.
