Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office: Three arrests
The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office responded to 222 calls for service for the period of March 7 to March 14. Year to date, LCSO has responded to 1,891 calls for service.
Summons
Kirsten Latter, 25, of Warren was issued a summons March 10 for Failure to Notify Owner of PD Accident, on Pond Road, Newcastle, by Sgt. Kevin Dennison.
Arrests
David E. Brown Jr., 47, of Sabattus was arrested March 13 on a Lincoln County warrant for the charges of Domestic Violence Stalking; Violation of Privacy and Violation of a Protection Order, at the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office, Wiscasset, by Deputy Mark Fortin.
James D. Tynan, 28, of Waldoboro was arrested March 13 on a warrant out of Oxford County for Failure to Appear on a felony Operating under the Influence charge, at Two Bridges Regional Jail, Wiscasset, by Deputy Jerold Winslow.
Joshua E. Jones, 35, of Jefferson was arrested March 14 on a warrant out of Cumberland County for Failure to Appear, at Two Bridges Regional Jail, Wiscasset, by Deputy Mark Fortin.
Accidents
On March 10, an accident occurred on Back River Road in Boothbay involving Christopher L. Graves, 32, of Boothbay. Mr. Graves was operating his 2018 Chevrolet Silverado northbound when a deer ran into the road and was struck, heavily damaging the front of his vehicle. Deputy Joseph Booth was the investigating officer.
