Lincoln County Sheriff's Office: 5 arrests
The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office responded to 217 calls for service for the period of Nov. 19 to Nov. 26. Year to date, LCSO has responded to 14,047 calls for service.
Summonses
Kassandra A. Tripp, 42, of Whitefield was issued a summons Nov. 20 for Theft by Deception, on North Hunts Meadow Road, Whitefield, by Deputy Samuel Alexander.
Taylor Riley, 26, of Bristol was issued a summons Nov. 21 for Criminal Trespass, on Goudy Pasture Road, South Bristol, by Sgt. Kevin Dennison.
Jacob L. Rinehart, 23, of Washington was issued a summons Nov. 24 for Criminal Mischief, on Rockland Road, Somerville, by Deputy Jerold Winslow.
Arrests
Zoe L. Willey, 27, of Alna was arrested Nov. 19 for Domestic Violence Assault and Criminal Mischief, on Alna Road, Alna, by Deputy Ethan Burns.
Jaden Day, 19, of Waldoboro was arrested Nov. 21 on an Augusta Police Department warrant for Failure to Appear on a Driving to Endanger and Violating Conditional Release charges, on US Route 1, Nobleboro, by Deputy Kasey Doyle.
Joshua L. Carter, 35, of South Bristol was arrested Nov. 20 on a Probation Hold, on State Route 129, South Bristol, by Deputy Samuel Alexander.
Brian S. Vigue, 35, of Whitefield was arrested Nov. 21 for Domestic Violence Terrorizing and Domestic Violence Reckless Conduct, on Mills Road, Whitefield, by Deputy Ethan Burns, who was assisted at the scene by multiple deputies.
Nicole S. Holt, 47, of Bristol was arrested Nov. 23 for Burglary and Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer, on Bristol Road, Bristol, by Deputy Joseph Booth.
Accidents
On Nov. 20, an accident occurred on State Route 129 in South Bristol involving Richard C. Mackenzie, 85, of South Bristol. Mr. Mackenzie was operating his 2019 Volkswagen Jetta southbound when a deer entered the roadway and was struck, causing front end damage to his vehicle. Deputy Justin Drake was the investigating officer.
On Nov. 20, an accident occurred on Route 1 in Newcastle involving Darlene J. Loewe, 56, of Conway, New Hampshire. Ms. Loewe was operating her 2022 Chrysler Grand Cherokee southbound when she encountered a deer in the roadway and struck it. Sgt. Matthew Day was the investigating officer.
