Jan. 1, November D. Erving, 42, of Augusta was arrested on a Warrant, by Officer Jonathan Barnes.

Jan. 1, Matthew A. Harkins, 38, of Wiscasset was summonsed for Assault and Criminal Mischief, by Officer Hunter Farrell. 

Jan. 6, Jennifer Hlister, 53, of Sabattus was summonsed for Operating with Suspended Registration and Failing to Stop for Officer, by Farrell.

Jan. 7, Aaron Potvin, 32, of Parsonsfield was summonsed for Operating with Suspended Registration, by OfficerLogan Hilton.

Jan. 8, Howard S. Griffin, 57, of Biddeford was arrested on a Warrant, by Barnes.

Jan. 8, Ethan W. Gordon, 21, of Bath was summonsed for Violation Condition of Release and Operating after Suspension, by Barnes.

Jan. 10, Keith M. Welch Jr., 32, of South Paris was summonsed for Operating with Suspended Registration, by Barnes.

 Accident

Jan. 14, Officer Nathan Willhoite responded to an accident on Bath Road. Michael Clifford, 59, of Ochlocknee, Georgia was traveling northbound stopped in traffic. Frederic Lilly, 54, of Bremen was traveling northbound following the roadway and struck the rear of the Clifford vehicle.
