Lincoln Theater in downtown Damariscotta announces the return of Eric Lugosch, with Stephen Bennett, for its second annual Holiday Guitar night on Saturday, Dec. 27 at 7:30 p.m.

National Fingerpicking Champion Eric Lugosch presents a truly original, inspirational show. No gimmicks or gadgets — just a genuinely gifted imagination and a fluency that comes from years of working on his craft.

Lugosch's arrangements of traditional songs and jazz standards are now considered classics in picking circles, where he is also regarded as one of America's best original fingerstyle composers, as well as a talented songwriter.

Bennett is an acknowledged master of the harp guitar, a challenging teacher, gifted composer, and a performer of great sensitivity. A National Flat and Fingerpicking champion, he has regularly performed around the United States and abroad. Bennett's work is the product of both mind and heart, intellectually challenging and emotionally satisfying.

Guitar workshop

Lugosch and Bennett will also hold a guitar workshop on Saturday afternoon from 2 to 4 p.m. Advanced reservations are required to be made by noon on Friday, Dec. 26. Workshop tickets are $35 for the workshop only, $25 if attending the concert.
