Wiscasset voters choose MDOT option 2

Wiscasset residents have gone with Maine Department of Transportation’s downtown option number two. The vote ran 90 for Option 1, which would remove some of Main Street’s parking; 426 for Option 2, which would remove all parking on Main from Middle to Water streets; and 206 for Option 3, known as the do-nothing option.
