The Lincoln County Republican Committee (LCRP) announced the opening of its headquarters, located at 15 Courtyard Lane in Damariscotta (above the Salt Bay Café and across from the Best Thai Restaurant).

To celebrate its opening, an Open House has been scheduled for Thursday, July 14, from 3 to 5 p.m. All Republican candidates for state and national office have been invited to participate. Light refreshments will be served.

The public is invited to come meet the candidates, voice concerns and positions on the issues affecting Mainers today. Campaign literature will be available, as will information about LCRC and its planned activities.

Regular hours for the campaign headquarters are Thursdays through Saturday, 1 to 4 p.m. Those wishing to volunteer to staff the Lincoln County GOP headquarters should contact Peter Lawrence at 563-2424 or jalpgl@tidewater.net.
