Fall is a great time to take a class and learn something new! If you haven't picked up an Adult Ed Fall brochure they are available at several locations around the region such as Hannaford, YMCA, Harbor Tech, libraries and area schools. After a busy summer, fall is a great time to start pampering your skin and de-stress. Come learn to make amazing smelling natural salt scrubs that will moisturizer and exfoliate your skin and soothing aromatic bath soaks in Aromatherapy Salt Scrubs and Bath Soaks. Irene, an esthetician, will show you how to make them with natural ingredients and essential oils You'll take home one jar of each, and be able to make your own salts and scrubs at home for yourself or to give as special gifts for the holidays. The class is on Monday, October 24, from 6-8 p.m. The fee is $24, which includes ingredients and sample jars.

Learn to take great photos in Get to Know Your Digital Camera with Leisha MacDougall on October 25 and 27. This class will help you build an understanding of your camera’s features and functions. Bring your digital camera (w/fresh batteries) and manual to this hands-on class & learn to access different settings and functions. We'll discuss general camera basics, automatic settings, exposure modes, flash, and how to customize settings to get the pictures you want. So, get ready, set, and let's go! This class meets from 6 to 8 p.m. and the fee is $30.

Most classes require a minimum number of students to run. Tell a friend or co-worker! Maybe they would be interested in taking the class with you.
