Luck of the Irish cooking class in Damariscotta
Luck of the Irish is a one night cooking class offered through Central Lincoln County Adult Education and will be held Tuesday, March 7 from 6 to 8:30 p.m.
Be prepared for St. Patrick’s Day by doing a run through with instructor, Virginia Hill in the FARMS Community kitchen, above Rising Tide. Celebrate early and feast on the classic New England boiled dinner, Irish soda bread and a surprise dessert with Bailey’s Irish Cream... oh my!
Hill is a life-long educator and volunteer; she has 16 years of service as a member, Flotilla Officer and boat crew with the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary. She is also a UMaine Master Gardener volunteer at Morris Farm and board member of FARMS. She is an enthusiastic home cook who enjoys sharing her family’s favorite recipes. The course fee is $39 and includes all food costs.
