Boothbay man indicted for child pornography
A Boothbay man has been indicted on 10 counts of possession of child pornography.
Lincoln County Grand Jury indicted Joseph F. Pinkham, 27, of Boothbay, was indicted in March with seven charges of possession of sexually explicit material of children under 12 years of age and three charges of possession of sexually explicit materials of children under 16 years of age.
This is reportedly the third time Pinkham has been charged with possession of explicit material.
Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office deputies enacted a search warrant at Pinkham's home October 11, 2013 where they allegedly found more than 200 images of children ages 2 to 12 engaged in sexually explicit acts and 12 videos.
Pinkham was released on a $50,000 surety bond and ordered not to be in possession of a computer, phone or other means of getting online and not to have contact with children under the age of 16.
