Boothbay Region Adult Ed fall classes begin soon
Boothbay Region Adult Ed’s Fall classes begin Monday, Oct. 16. The fall brochure will be available this week at the following locations: Hannaford, YMCA, Harbor Tech (Video Loft), Memorial Library, Southport Library, town offices, the four region schools, and other locations around the region. It will also be available early next week on our website: boothbayae.org. As you view the brochure we hope you find a class that interests you. This fall we are offering new cooking, craft, life skills, and other classes. Be sure to sign up early so you don’t miss out on the class you want to take.
New classses include Journaling and Memoir Writing, Needle-felting, Build Your Own Calzone, Pies and Tarts, Healthy Living for Brain and Body, and Nia, energizing dance fitness. We are also offering two boating courses, Sailing Skills and Seamanship, and Suddenly in Command. Returning favorites include Get to Know Your Digital Camera, and Computer Cleanup.
To register for Adult Ed courses, complete the registration form in the brochure, or print one out from our website: boothbayae.org. Include payment and mail to: Boothbay Region Adult Ed, 236 Townsend Ave., Boothbay Harbor, ME 04538. You can also drop off your registration and payment in the high school office weekdays.
