Carol E. (Barker) Nadeau, 76, died Sept. 18, 2016 at her home surrounded by her loving family.

She was born March 22, 1940 in Bucksport, Maine to the late Richard and Julia (Gerrish) Barker.

She was a longtime resident of Wiscasset and graduated from Wiscasset High School.

She was a homemaker and resident of Irving, Texas for 33 years.

She is survived by her children, Doreen Nadeau of Irving, Texas, Kellie Pence and husband David of Denton, Texas , Dale Nadeau of Irving, Texas and Denise Velez and husband Craig of Bedford, Texas; grandchildren, Schinnell, Brittany and husband Gary, Joshua, Tabitha, Cody, Taylor and Nicholas; great-grandchildren Sophia, Chloe and Aeden.

She was predeceased by her parents and her husband, Donald Nadeau.

Visitation will be at 6 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 22 with a funeral service held at 7 p.m. at Donnelly’s Funeral Home, Irving, Texas. Interment will be at the Dallas/Fort Worth National Cemetery at 9:15 a.m. Friday, Sept. 23.
