Charlie's Rescue Howl-O-Ween fundraiser event, 4-9 p.m., features a nautical-themed haunted house (opens at 5 p.m./$5 entry fee). Plus free trick-or-treating, a spooky maze for kids, food, a bouncy house; and a raffle and silent auction. 90 Road B, Woolwich. All proceeds go to transportation and medical care for rescued dogs.
