Republicans certainly like to socialize, and this event shows it. Since customary July 4 festivities were dampened by coronavirus precautions, the Lincoln County Republican Committee will hold a delayed public celebration of the American way of life on Saturday, July 18 at our 241 Route 1 Damariscotta headquarters from 1 to 3 p.m.

Come help us shake the shackles of disease and raise your spirits with some music and discussion of the upbeat side of life that somehow seems more enjoyable in a Maine country setting. We are asking you to join us for our fundraiser by partaking in fabulous strawberry shortcake, complete with a homemade biscuit, fresh berries and real whipped cream or ice cream. And we do not mind if you bring a few flags to wave.
