Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office: 3 arrests
The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office responded to 232 calls for service for the period of April 16 to April 23. Year to date, LCSO has responded to 3,634 calls for service.
Summonses
Maura E. Duclos, 57, of Gardiner was issued a summons April 16 for Assault, on Swift Lane, Jefferson, by Deputy Justin Drake.
David Vannah, 62, of Waldoboro was issued a summons April 18 for Allowing Dog to be at Large, on North Nobleboro Road, Waldoboro, by Animal Control Officer Allen Oliver.
Brandon E. Simmons, 38, of Durham was issued a summons April 19 for Operating while License is Suspended/Revoked – for Operating under the Influence (prior) and Violating Condition of Release, on US Route 1, Damariscotta, by Sgt. Scott Hayden.
A16-year-old male juvenile from Nobleboro was issued a summons April 19 for Assault, by Deputy Jeffrey Rogers.
Jordan A. Luce-Warren, 19, of Warren was issued a summons April 21 for Minor Consuming Liquor, on Pemaquid Point Campground Road, Bristol, by Deputy Samuel Alexander.
Arrests
Dana R. Rogers, 33, of Whitefield was arrested April 1 for Gross Sexual Assault, on Arlington Lane, Whitefield, by Detective Jared Mitkus.
Jacob B. Lorance, 35, of Litchfield was arrested April 17 on a Kennebec County warrant for Failure to Appear and Operating after Suspension/Operating under the Influence, at Two Bridges Regional Jail, Wiscasset, by Deputy Caleb Poirier.
Joshua Shirey, 41, of Woolwich was arrested April 23 on three warrants – two out of Lincoln County for Failure to Appear and one affidavit warrant out of Sagadahoc County (Criminal Trespass; Violation of Conditions of Release: Refusing to Stop and Operating while License is Suspended), on River Road, Dresden, by Sgt. Jonathan Colby.
Accident
On April 19, an accident occurred on Gardiner Road in Jefferson involving Michael A. Clarke, 31, of Jefferson. Mr. Clarke was operating his 2016 Toyota Rav4 eastbound when he struck a deer in the roadway. Deputy Kasey Doyle was the investigating officer.
