Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office: 6 arrests
The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office responded to 226 calls for service for the period of April 9 to April 16. Year to date, LCSO has responded to 3,402 calls for service.
Summonses
Cody M. Billings, 30, of Waldoboro was issued a summons April 11 for Sale and Use of Drug Paraphernalia, on US Route 1, Damariscotta, by Deputy Samuel Alexander.
Brittany L. Peirce, 33, of Jefferson was issued a summons April 15 for Operating while License is Suspended or Revoked, on Main Street, Damariscotta, by Deputy Samuel Alexander.
Arrests
Sidney J. Pratt, 67, of Boothbay was arrested April 9 for Operating under the Influence, on Boothbay Road, Edgecomb, by Deputy Justin Drake.
John J. Pagurko, 63, of Whitefield was arrested April 10 for Kidnapping, Robbery and Criminal Threatening with a Dangerous Weapon, on Townhouse Road, Whitefield, by Detective Ryan Chubbuck.
Michael A. Davila Rodriguez, 30, of Whitefield was arrested April 10 for Kidnapping, Robbery and Criminal Threatening with a Dangerous Weapon, on Townhouse Road, Whitefield, by Detective Ryan Chubbuck.
Richard A. Gray Sr., 45, of Boothbay was arrested April 12 for Aggravated Forgery, Operating while License is Suspended or Revoked and Failure to Give Correct Name, Address or DOB, on Back Narrows Road, Boothbay, by Deputy Samuel Alexander.
Nathan T. Brewer, 35, of Nobleboro was arrested April 13 for Unlawful Possession of Scheduled Drugs, on Center Street, Nobleboro, by Deputy Samuel Alexander.
Daniel D. Chubbuck, 31, of Edgecomb was arrested April 14 for Violating Condition of Release, on Moonlight Drive, Edgecomb, by Sgt. Scott Hayden.
Accidents
On April 9, an accident occurred on Biscay Road in Bremen involving Adeline A. Hall, 18, of Bremen. Ms. Hall was operating her 2004 Volvo 80 westbound when she stated she stated she thought she was going to go off the roadway on the right so she overcorrected, crossing the centerline, and going off the roadway on the left, before coming to rest between two trees. Deputy Samuel Alexander was the investigating officer.
On April 15, an accident occurred on River Road in Newcastle involving Maria Wilson, 83, of Bowdoin and Briana L. Goud, 27, of Wiscasset. Ms. Wilson was stopped eastbound waiting to pull out onto River Road from a private driveway in her 2011 Toyota Avalon. Ms. Goud was operating her 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee southbound, when Ms. Wilson failed to yield the right of way to Goud’s vehicle and pulled out onto River Road, causing the front of her vehicle to strike the front passenger corner/side of Goud’s vehicle. Deputy Jeffrey Rogers was the investigating officer.
