Partners in Education (PIE) is going with its rain date for the free ice cream social to celebrate the end of the school year. The event, open to all families with children in the Wiscasset schools, has been moved from Friday, June 16 to Monday, June 19, PIE’s Kim Andersson said Friday afternoon.

The event will run from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. Monday at the Wiscasset Community Playground.
