Allison Hepler, a member of the Woolwich select board and town’s historical committee, will share some interesting facts she discovered about the Nequasset Cemetery on Sunday afternoon, Sept. 24.

She’ll lead a tour beginning at 1 p.m. Interred at the cemetery next to the historic Nequasset Meeting House are many of the Woolwich-area’s earliest settlers. Hepler shares her passion for history with her students at the University of Maine Farmington.

Parking for the event is available at the town office on Nequasset Road. The program is sponsored by the Woolwich Historical Society.
