Wiscasset Police Department reported the following for Jan. 15-31:

Arrests

Jan. 24, Natasha Thoits, 27, of Lewiston was arrested for Operating after Registration Suspended, by Officer Nathan Willhoite.

Jan. 26, Christina Doray, 42, of Wiscasset was arrested for OUI (alcohol), Operate Vehicle without License, Violating Condition of Release and Refusing to Submit to Arrest or Detention, by Chief Lawrence Hesseltine.

Accidents

Jan. 15, Officer Jonathan Barnes responded to an accident on Gardiner Road. James Cromwell, 60, of Westport Island was traveling southbound. Sarah Rouillard, 32, of Bath was traveling southbound and failed to see Cromwell due to the glare of the sun and struck the rear of his vehicle.

Jan. 24, Hesseltine responded to an accident at the intersection of Gardiner Road and Gibbs Road. Emily Wotton, 21, of Waldoboro was traveling southbound on Gardiner Road following the roadway and left the roadway.

Jan. 26, Hesseltine responded to an accident on Gardiner Road. Dorothy Holbrook, 97, of Wiscasset was traveling on Gardiner Road and left the roadway down an embankment, turning into a private business.

Jan. 26, Hesseltine responded to an accident on Dickenson Road. Christina Doray, 42, of Wiscasset was traveling northbound and left the roadway.
