Arrests/Summonses

July 16, Navalcom Mighty, 34, of Bath was arrested for OUI (Drug or Combo) by Officer Jonathan Barnes.

July 17, Chauncey Severin Erskine, 32, of South Bristol was summonsed for Motor Vehicle Speeding 30+ Over Speed Limit by Barnes.

July 18, Anthony E. Weissman, 44, of Wiscasset was arrested for Terrorizing, by Officer Logan Hilton.

July 21, Ronald Demello, 31, of Spruce Head was summonsed for Operating a Vehicle without a License by Officer Nathan Willhoite.

July 21, Dustan S. Barnes, 35, of Richmond was arrested on an FTA Warrant by Barnes.

July 21, Daniel V. Pellicano, 49, of Deer Isle was arrested for Operating Under the Influence, Driving to Endanger and Carrying Concealed Weapon by Barnes and Willhoite.

July 22, Ruby Lydia Layman, 23, of Bath was summonsed for Failing to Obtain Driver’s License by Barnes.

July 23, Christopher Langelotti, 33, of Wiscasset was summonsed for Motor Vehicle Speeding 30+ MPH Over Speed Limit by Hilton.

July 25, Michael-Edward Sutton, 68, of Buffalo, New York was summonsed for Operate Vehicle without License and Failure to Register Vehicle by Officer Hunter Farrell.

July 26, Brandi Moore, 47, of Bath was arrested on a Warrant by Hilton.

Accidents

July 18, Farrell responded to an accident on Railroad Avenue. Cora Chlebnikow, 60, of Brightwood, Virginia was legally parked, vehicle unoccupied. An unknown vehicle struck the vehicle and left.

July 18, Hilton responded to an accident on Bath Road. Esther Hauck, 89, of Woolwich was traveling southbound when she left the roadway striking the guardrail and going down an embankment.

July 21, Barnes responded to an accident on Bath Road. Don Ogrady, 67, of Woolwich was traveling southbound. Daniel Pellicano, 49, of Deer Isle was traveling northbound in the wrong lane in opposing traffic striking Ogrady’s vehicle and trailer.

July 26, Farrell responded to an accident on Main Street. Richard Johnston, 25, of Houston, Texas was traveling southbound. Jonathan Costello, 34, of Boothbay Harbor was southbound and struck the rear of the Johnston vehicle.

July 27, Hilton responded to an accident on Bath Road. Samantha Renner, 50. of Alexandria, Virginia was traveling northbound. Daniel Sortwell, 76, of Wiscasset was traveling northbound and struck the rear of the Renner vehicle.

July 28, Hilton responded to an accident in a business parking lot on Bath Road. Heidi Gallagher, 52, of Damariscotta was traveling through the parking lot. Ray Harry, 60, of Brunswick was backing out of a parking space and struck the Gallagher vehicle.

July 31, Chief Lawrence Hesseltine responded to an accident on Bath Road. Luke Delano, 57, of Whitefield was traveling southbound and struck a deer that ran into the roadway.
