Healthy Kids will air a three night series on LCTV Dec. 14, 15 and 16 at 7:30. Join Healthy Kids educator and a local mom as they discuss the helpful discipline topics and parenting during the holidays this year.

The first night will focus on making effective rules and sticking to them. This is often a challenge for parents with children from toddlers to teens. On Dec. 15 the topic will cover using choices and consequences at all stages of children’s development. The final evening, the conversation will be centered on parenting through the holidays, traditions and alternative ways to celebrate during the pandemic, and other tips that can ease the frenzy of the time.
