A special “Holiday Show” decks the halls at River Arts in Damariscotta. The galleries are filled with fine art and fine craft by Maine artists. For this season of giving, everything in this show is priced at or below $200. The reception for the “Holiday Show” is open to the public and will occur on Saturday, Nov. 27 from 2 – 4 p.m.

From classical to whimsical the “Holiday Show” has something for everyone including paintings in oil, acrylic, watercolor, gouache, and alcohol ink. Fine craft, fiber arts, textiles, jewelry, sculpture, collage, wood, photography, and assemblages round out the offerings. This is the perfect opportunity to own or give a piece of fine art at an affordable price. The “Holiday Show” runs from Nov. 23 to Jan 1.

River Arts is located at 36 Elm Street Plaza in Damariscotta. Open hours are Tuesday through Saturday 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Sun 11 a.m. to 4 p. m. Masks are required in the gallery.
