The Carousel Music Theater is please to once again be hosting a special concert on Saturday, June 8 at 7 p.m. featuring the Millennium Magic Chorus, a women’s barbershop and a capella chorus. This event will feature the 2024 Sweet Adelines International Region 1 Division A Champions, who will showcase their exceptional talent and musicality.

The women’s barbershop and a capella concert promises to be a captivating evening filled with beautiful harmonies and delightful performances. With a repertoire that spans various genres and styles, the chorus will enchant the audience with their musicality, unity, and creativity.

Everyone is invited to join in this celebration of music and talent. The Millennium Magic Chorus is comprised of over 20 talented members from across New England, including Laura Fassett, Laura Carey and Kirsten Russell Alfano with ties to the Boothbay Region. Their passion for music and commitment to delivering memorable performances is sure to leave the audience spellbound.

In addition to the full chorus, the concert will also feature special performances from quartets within the group including VOCE (9th place international quartet), Maine Squeeze (4th place Regional quartet), and Synchrony (5th place Regional quartet). These talented ensembles will provide additional entertainment and showcase the depth of talent within the Millennium Magic Chorus.
