The Alna Fire Department cleared Route 194 of a tree limb blocking one lane near Egypt Road on June 17.
Traffic was down to one lane for about 20 minutes, starting at about 10:20 a.m. Tuesday, for the removal of the limb that Alna Fire Department member Coleen Trask said appeared to be from a poplar.
“It looks like it was tired,” she said of the torn limb.
Department member Dan Averill sawed while Trask pulled pieces from the roadway.
