A Whitefield woman has been accused of sexually abusing a 15-year-old Whitefield boy.

Lincoln County Sheriffs arrested Keturah Tillson, 28, on June 13 and charged her with three counts of sexual abuse of a minor and one count of violating conditions of her release.

Tillson allegedly had sexual contact with the boy, who was 14 at the time, on three occasions, beginning December 5 and ending December 20, 2013.

Sheriff’s Office Detective Scott Hayden was shown Facebook messages reportedly sent to the minor from Tillson in which she propositioned the minor for sex. In Hayden's report he stated that Tillson admitted to sending the messages, but denied having physical contact.

Tillson was charged in 2013 with domestic violence assault after a February 15, 2013 incident and received a deferred disposition as part of her plea deal.

The sexual abuse charges are all Class C charges, which carry up to five years in prison and a $5,000 fine.

As part of her bail agreement she is not to have contact with anyone under the age of 18, aside from her family.
