Cathy Stebbins and friends play River Arts
It has been a good six years since Cathie Stebbins hit the stage and she is happy to get back to it with her long time pals Robby Coffin and Scott Elliot for a Mother’s Day concert at River Arts Gallery on Sunday, May 14 from 4-5:30 p.m.
Cathie Stebbins Peterson has been on the music scene in New England since the early 1980s. She was interviewed on the “Today Show” by Jane Pauley , and has graced many a stage and opened for numerous talented musicians such as Arlo Guthrie, Blood, Sweat & Tears, the Pousette Dart Band, and Livingston Taylor to name a few.
Both Rob and Scott hail from the Hallowell area and have many musical roots there. Scott has been with The Boneheads for more than 20 years. He has also played with Bo Diddly and the late Rick Danko of The Band. He also toured with Devonsquare when they toured with Peter Frampton. In Maine, Rob has played with Noel Paul Stookey, Dave Mallet, and just about everyone else!
Together, these three will entertain and keep you moving with their magical groove. Tickets are $10 at the door. River Arts is located at 241 U.S. Route 1.
