Healthy Kids celebrates selection as Hannaford Cause Bag program beneficiary
Healthy Kids, a nonprofit committed to supporting parents and professionals who work with children, has been selected as a beneficiary of the Hannaford Cause Bag program for January.
The Hannaford Cause Bag program launched in October 2015 and is designed to support local nonprofits through the sale of the reusable Hannaford Helps bag.
Healthy Kids was selected by Hannaford store leadership as the January beneficiary of the program at the Damariscotta Hannaford store. For every Hannaford Helps reusable bag with the good karma message purchased at the Damariscotta Hannaford during January, Healthy Kids will receive a $1 donation.
“Healthy Kids is so honored to be selected by Hannaford to be their January beneficiary,” said Healthy Kids Executive Director Leslie Livingston. “This donation helps us to fulfill our mission of supporting families and preventing child abuse.”
