Attorney General Janet Mills guest speaker at New Hope for Women benefit
An event dedicated to celebrating strong women leaders in Maine will be held Thursday, June 23, 4 to 7 p.m., at The Boardroom in Boothbay Harbor. The Attorney General of Maine, Janet Mills, will be the guest of honor, and all proceeds will benefit New Hope for Women.
Tom Myette of The Boardroom is hosting the event, with delicious and special wines donated by Jack Scully of Easterly Wines and hors d’oeuvres provided by Ports of Italy.
The Boardroom is located at 29 McKown Street, Boothbay Harbor.
Ticket Price: $250 per person, $220 of which is a tax-deductible charitable donation. More information to be forthcoming.
New Hope for Women is the domestic violence, dating violence, and stalking resource center serving Sagadahoc, Lincoln, Knox, and Waldo counties in Maine.
